This little baby, too tall to sail under the GGB, won a race and so we'll be hosting a sailing extravaganza in 2013. And evicting a lot of tenants and otherwise shaking things up on the waterfront for months and years to come. As our mayor said, it'll be bigger than the Olympics. Right.
